Refund Policy

We value your trust and strive to provide the best service. Please review our refund terms below for assignments, courses, and digital products.

Single Assignments

For single assignments, refunds are as follows:

• 69% or below: 50% refund
• 70-79%: 30% refund
• 80% or above: No refund

Refund requests must be made within 20 days of delivery, with proof of grade and professor’s feedback required. Altered work or late submissions are excluded.

Tests and Quizzes

Refund terms are identical to single assignments. Eligibility is void if impacted by incomplete instructions or late penalties.

Entire Courses

Refunds for courses are assessed weekly during the initial three weeks:

• 69% or below: 50% refund
• 70-79%: 30% refund
• 80% or above: No refund

After week three, refunds are limited to individual weeks. Weekly payments must be timely to avoid a $15/day late fee.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including notes, planners, and cheat sheets, are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once the product is delivered.

Revision Policy

Revisions are free within seven days if aligned with original instructions. Additional changes may incur extra charges, and revised work is not eligible for refunds.
